Visiting the site and contacting us
This site has no user accounts, newsletter or enquiry submission form. The contact link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you send it. We process your email address, name if provided, message and attachments to respond, provide advice and discuss possible work together. Please send only information needed for your enquiry. Fonts and illustrations are served from the same domain. There are no analytics scripts, marketing pixels or third-party embeds.
Purposes and legal bases
Steps before entering a contract at your request and performance of a contract where you are a party rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). General enquiries, communication with company representatives and website security and reliability rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Records required by law rely on Article 6(1)(c). Contacting us is voluntary; without the information needed to respond, we may be unable to address your enquiry. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
Providers and technical information
Cloudflare provides website delivery and protection and processes technical information such as IP addresses and request data during visits. We use Google Workspace for business email. Authorised people and service providers access information within their duties; information is disclosed to authorities where required by law. Services may involve processing outside the EEA, subject to applicable transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses where required. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to address the enquiry and agreed communication. Information needed for contracts, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims is retained according to applicable periods and purposes. Retention of technical logs depends on the service and provider settings. Please contact us for information about a specific request.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We normally respond within one month and will explain any lawful extension. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent supervisory authority.
